The DiMSUR team supported Zomba city to develop its City Resilience Action PlanĀ (CityRAP) including priority actions as well as short, medium and long term activities. The process also enables to develop the capacity of the municipality to understand and plan actions that progressively build urban resilience and reduce disaster risks.
